Final Examination
The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 75% or higher. You must complete each chapter quiz before attempting the final exam. The examination must be completed within a ninety (90) minute period. This part of the online 30-Hour Florida Real Estate Broker Management Post-License course is strictly timed. IMPORTANT: You cannot go back and review prior questions when doing the final examination. Also, do NOT exit the final exam area until it has been completed.
If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait at least 30 days before you may attempt another examination. Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase to pass the exam. The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary. You may continue to review the online course material during this time period. If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course ($119) and do all work again.
Upon passing the final examination, allow three (3) business days for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you. It is sent by United States Postal Service. The original certificate is to be retained in your records in case of audit.

Students need to complete the course at least one week in advance of their license renewal date. The school is required to report education completion prior to the renewal date (March 31 or September 30 of each year). Students who wait until the last week of the renewal deadline may encounter various problems (technical and other) which could prevent license renewal. Anyone purchasing a course or attempting the final examination during the last week of a renewal cycle does so at his or her own risk.
