Tuition & Customer Service
The tuition for the online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course is $249. Once you enroll in this course, you CANNOT receive a refund. Course accessibility is good for one (1) year, to include “waiting” time for re-exam purposes. (See Final Examination)
This online course requires no additional textbook material. The text material may not be downloaded.

After purchasing the course, a licensed instructor is available for questions pertaining to the online material. Emails received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be returned no later than the first following business day.

Final Examination
The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 70% or higher. You must complete each chapter quiz before attempting the final exam. After spending at least 30 hours within the course material, you are eligible for the exam. The examination must be completed within a three (3) hour period. This part of the online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course is strictly timed. IMPORTANT: You cannot go back and review prior questions when doing the final examination. Also, do NOT exit the final exam area until it has been completed.
If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait at least 30 days before you may attempt another examination. Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase to pass the exam. The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary. You may continue to review the online course material during this time period. If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course ($249) and do all work again.
Upon passing the final examination, allow three (3) business days for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you. It is sent by United States Postal Service. The original certificate must be given to the testing agency at the time of your exam (if not submitted previously).
