			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>Florida Reactivation Course</em> is a 28-hour online course based on key  content from<em>Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Law</em>. It is  intended for real estate associates and brokers who currently hold involuntary  inactive Florida Real Estate licenses. This online course includes the two  required exams and meets the educational requirements needed to reactivate sales  and broker licenses.</p>
<p>As part of our line of prelicensing products, this course combines lessons  that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of  interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams  that measure student understanding of the material.</p>

<p>The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 70% or higher.  You must complete each chapter quiz before attempting the final exam.  After spending at least 30 hours within the course material, you are eligible for the exam.  The examination must be completed within a three (3) hour period.  This part of the online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course is strictly timed.  IMPORTANT:  You cannot go back and review prior questions when doing the final examination.  Also, do NOT exit the final exam area until it has been completed.</p>
<p>If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait at least 30 days before you may attempt another examination.  Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase to pass the exam.  The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary.  You may continue to review the online course material during this time period.  If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course ($249) and do all work again.</p>
<p>Upon passing the final examination, allow three (3) business days for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you.  It is sent by United States Postal Service.  The original certificate must be given to the testing agency at the time of your exam (if not submitted previously).</p>

<h5>Final Examination</h5>
<p>The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 75% or higher.  You must complete each chapter quiz before attempting the final exam.  The examination must be completed within a ninety (90) minute period.  <em><strong>This part of the online 30-Hour Florida Real Estate   Broker Management Post-License course is strictly timed.</strong></em> <strong>IMPORTANT:    You cannot go back and review prior questions when doing the final examination. </strong>Also, do NOT exit the final exam area until it has been completed.</p>
<p>If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait at least 30 days before you may attempt another examination.  Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase to pass the exam.  The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary.  You may continue to review the online course material during this time period.  If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course ($119) and do all work again.</p>
<p>Upon passing the final examination, allow three (3) business days for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you.  It is sent by United States Postal Service.  The original certificate is to be retained in your records in case of audit.</p>
