A: If your order was for online materials then you should receive an email shortly after your order with login instructions. If you ordered a CD-ROM or book, then you will receive your shipment in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. - Q: What happens if I fail the final exam?
A: Except for the 14-hr continuing education course, Florida state law requires you to wait 30 days before taking the alternate (second chance) exam. This is not a policy of our school, it is the Florida state law. This second chance exam is available online at no charge (FOR FREE).
